I have been away from my computer for a while attending to RL stuff, so excuse if this has already been posted. Assange has tweet today about a secret C_A project called "Rainmaker". Is this perhaps what Q was referencing when he said "MAKE IT RAIN"?
It is a stretch, perhaps, but Assange+C_A mention=possibilities for new research?
