BIOGRAPHY
Terri McCullough is the
director of the Clinton Foundation initiative No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project.
No Ceilings brings together partners to evaluate and share the progress made by
women and girls
in the 20 years since the UN Fourth World Conference on Women in
Beijing,
and chart the path forward for full participation for women and girls in the 21st century. Informed by the data in the Full Participation Report and NoCeilings.org and the policy priorities in the Full Participation Plan, No Ceilings is working to create collaborations to close the full participation gap. Terri previously was the first executive director of the
Tory Burch Foundation,
working to support women’s entrepreneurship in the U.S.
She served in a variety of roles, including chief of staff and women’s issues advisor, in the office of Democratic Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, and held positions at non-profit organizations including
NARAL Pro-Choice America,
PENCIL (Public Education Needs Civic Involvement in Learning), and Anna Deavere Smith’s Institute on the Arts and Civic Dialogue at New York University. She holds a B.A. in politics from the University of
California
at Santa Cruz.
