Stephani Carla Rodriguez, 54, of Spokane, is charged with first-degree trafficking in stolen property, accused of cashing in some of the loot taken from April 19 to 21 from a residence on Hart Road north of Davenport. According to the prosecutor’s filing, between $30,000 and $40,000 cash, along with $70,000 in gold and silver coins, silver and gold bars, jewelry and firearms, were taken during the burglaries. The cashed-in items were found with the aid of a map allegedly smuggled out of jail by a suspect in the burglary that were buried in a cemetery in Stevens County.

If you are a 'Prepper' their is high probability you are a target of gang activity. I highly suspect that the command and control structure is operating from within U-tube across a domain of channels.
