The medical offices and hospitals were mandated to comply with it in order to continue their eligibility to get Medicaid/Medicare reimbursements. Hussein even got congress to give him many billions of dollars to incentivize the whole thing. No one ever really looked into where all that money actually went.
Now years later we find out that Facebook was secretly trying to access patient data recorded in those EHRs (Building 8). They claimed to have abandoned the project but just giving up on something that they really want doesn't sound like something that the Clowns in America would do. Zuckerberg lied. The project is likely still running under a different guise.
They're not just watching us and recording every single thing we do, they also want our DNA and our medical information. Why would the Clowns In America want people's DNA and medical information except for some sinister purpose?
