little more on John Hanke…from pg 183
Sex, Bombs, and Burgers
The company was headed by John Hanke, who prior to receiving his MBA from Berkely in 1996 worked in a nondescript "foreign affairs" capacity for the American Government in Washington and Indonesia. When I asked Hanke what he did in foreign affairs during a visit to Google's headquarters he wasn't exactly forthcoming. "Pretty much that. That's really the extent of what I've said publicaly, so let's leave it at that," he told me with a grin. 24
comes across like he possibly signed an nda at some point.
weak sauce but interesting question asked on quora.

What US government agency employed John Hanke during his four years doing “foreign policy-type stuff” in Burma and Washington DC?
United States Foreign Service. Which is part of the State Department.
The venture was a CIA mission, however.
I honestly don't know if he was ever actually an employee or a contractor.
Whatever the mission was, it was nefarious, off the books (black ops), but wasn't to the extent of arming any side. Given the time and location, it likely had something to do with China.
Because it was between 1989 and 1995. I'm not exactly sure, but it could have been during late 1989 to early 1995, but it was definitely between 1990 and 1994.
You had Tiennam Square in April to June of 1989 in China. But I can't think of anything else significant in Burma or in any neighborhoring counties. Other than it renaming itself back to it's former name, Myanmar.
>501(c)4 got all that data that Maxine mention

As we reported earlier today, Obama’s 2012 media analytics director, Carol Davidsen, who oversaw the campaign’s data operations said they were able to “suck out the whole social graph” from Facebook during the 2012 campaign, allowing them to access the friend networks of every American user.
“[Facebook] came to [our] office in the days following election recruiting & were very candid that they allowed us to do things they wouldn’t have allowed someone else to do because they were on our side” admitted Davidsen.
In a series of tweets, Davidsen that Facebook was “surprised” that the Obama campaign was able to “suck out the entire social graph” (the “social graph” is an individual’s network of friends on Facebook), but did nothing to stop them once they found out.
Social Graph? Sounds like some map was built with the data pulled.

Interesting points all (besides coming from the mainstream media): an administration linked to an amply-funded nonprofit group that controls a massive database and operates as an unprecedented extension of a campaign that never seems to end.
And if that circle of relationships isn't disconcerting enough, Fox News's Catherine Herridge presented a special report on June 7 titled "Inside the World of Big Data and Big-time Politics" that noted the interesting connections of Google chairman Eric Schmidt and the Obama White House. According to a recent article in Businessweek, Schmidt, who was actually in the Obama campaign "boiler room" on election night, has invested millions in a new firm, Civis Analytics, staffed by former OFA team members. The firm is expected to "work for Democrat campaigns, and only Democrats – next year." Justin Brookman of the Center of Democracy and Technology observed the potential for political targeting and "data mining of political opponents." Jim Harper of the Cato Institute expressed concerns for the potential "hand-over of data" to "a political operation or to the government."
With the news that Obama has overseen the NSA's secret collection of a huge database of information, while at the same time maintaining "close ties" to other organizations that operate massive databases dedicated to promoting his own policies, we should be alarmed at the potential such relationships could provide. We wonder if we saw but a hint of that potential in the recent actions of the IRS.
eep in the Scandinavian wilderness lies the myth of a beautiful, though simultaneously terrifying, forest creature called the Hulder. In Norwegian folklore she is called the huldra, known as the skogsrå or "forest spirit". Her name is derived from a root meaning “covered,” “hidden,” or “secret”. The huld-rå is a particular kind of being called a rå, which is a kind warden or keeper of a particular area or landform. There are actual different species and they all relate to their landscapes - e.g. we have the huldra in the forest, sjörå in freshwater or havsrå in saltwater, and bergsrå in the mountains. These creatures are known as huldrefolk or huldufólk - they are hidden folk of the forest.
The males are apparently hideous in appearance and have ridiculously long noses, they're called Huldrekall. The female huldra is an alluring, seductive creature and is akin to other mythical creatures such as the siren, the mermaid, and the succubus. She is described as stunningly beautiful by those who encounter her often naked form. She usually has long, flowing hair, and an animal's tail - the type depending on geography. In Norway she has a cow's tail and in Sweden it can also be that of a fox.
