yea it's been an on going problem. Thieves have been tapping in to the pipeline from Veracruz to MX City … it's been so bad that at times parts (southeast sections MXC)gas stations are drying up… causing locals to go to other parts of town to refuel…. which is causing people to take revenge on citizens coming to their hood for fuel…. on and on it goes….>>5590623
