Just listened to his audio interview w/CNN Katy Tur from couple of hours ago, and man, he sounded so out there - really sounded like somebody seriously out of fucks to give, like suicidal. Also sounded drunk, kept raising his voice, saying "Katy" over and over again, absolutely crazy.
