5 (of 10) things about Skripal “novichok” story that just don’t make sense:

1) trace amount of novichok collected from an in-use door knob several days after being planted there was supposedly “highly pure” once analyzed in govt lab… sample clearly came directly from a bottle, not a dirty door knob.

2) somehow the trace sample on the doorknob jumped up through the ceiling and contaminated the roof, which had to be destroyed, but not the intervening structure (or indeed any other structure supposedly contaminated)

3) The very first person to discover the Skripals ill on a park bench in Salisbury just happened to be the Chief Nurse of the British Army, who chanced to be walking past, she being one of only a small number of people in UK knowledgeable about rare toxins.

4) father and daughter Skripal received random dose from door knob, then went for lunch and duck feeding before both fell disastrously I’ll within seconds of one another, this is implausible.

5) after the secondary poisoning of another British couple, it took 11 days of searching their home before the novichok was located sitting in plain view in the kitchen, in a perfume bottle with the perfume wrapper in the trash bin.

6) The BBC’s “Diplomatic Editor” is a regular conduit for the security services. He fronted much of the BBC’s original coverage of the Skripal story. Yet he concealed from the viewers the fact that he had been in regular contact with Sergei Skripal for months before the alleged poisoning, and had held several meetings with Skripal.

7) the police supposedly found traces of novichok at the hotel where the 2 Russians were staying…

there was at least a four month gap between the police searching the Poplar hotel where Borishov and Petrov were staying, allegedly discovering traces of novichok in the hotel room, and the police informing the hotel management, let alone the public, of the discovery.

8) there are cctv cameras that would show the Russians in close proximity to Skripal home, yet this footage hasn’t been made available. Furthermore, the Russians are seen window shopping in Salisbury instead of making their escape.

9) the foot journey of the Skripals on day of poisoning is not corroborated by cctv and has logical inconsistencies as presented.

10) the second couple to be poisoned, the survivor claims the perfume bottle he found in the charity bin was tightly sealed in a plastic wrapper, like a new bottle would be. This is supposedly the bottle that was used to poison the skripals 3 months prior, how did it get rewrapped?
