Can a GPS fag or a Travel fag shed some light on what this goes to?

Looking into it now, may still chunk it.
Found it at a yard sale in a laptop bag with some mice and old web cams someone was gonna throw out. Bag was in good condition so i gave 'em a dollar. Kek!
I hear ya' Former 18 Wheeler driver so i still have my Garmin in my car, no smart phone spying on me (that i know of) and yes, like fellow geek i have a HUGE box of A/V, Phone Cords and CPU stuff! Never know!
GPS Antenna for a Laptop. Most likely pre-dates Garmin/Magellan, etc. I have a Garmin that i still use for wifeanon's yard sale trips out of town, so i'll hold on to it.
