Look, I hate to pop anyone’s bubble here, but RBG is alive and well and working in SCOTUS. It’s easy to check out for crying out loud. Just go to the SCOTUS web site and look up the oral arguments. Check out docket # 17-1717 and listen to the oral arguments for “American Legion v. American Humanist Ass.” Here is the link.

RBG is clearly involved in this debate. This happened just a week and a half ago.
By the way, I find it interesting the case in question is over the display of the Christian Cross on public land. It is also very interesting that the case number is “17-1717” which translates to “Q-QQ.”
