I don't think POTUS can afford to poke that EO Hornets nest for Federal mandates on Voter ID in sanctuary States. The D's and 9thD would create a media circus. The only way I can imagine POTUS/Q tackling this issue is covertly using established Federal Laws already on the books with Homelad Security and FBI informants and embedded video/audio surveillance. Then when the D's are caught in the act of their usual voter fraud tactics the Federal Court Orders and indictments will crash down on those sanctuary State idiots like a ton of bricks… because they thought they could get away wit it.
