I wouldn't recommend putting somebody into DKA who has cancer in a major endocrine gland unless I'm a physician and know what I'm talking about or want to kill the person. Fucking retards.
I'm saying, that sounds like something you wouldn't want to do without talking to an oncologist who is consulting with an endocrinologist and would almost certainly require daily bloodwork to make sure you don't kill the patient before the cancer.
