Confirms his mandate of looking at ALL the things the congress wanted a 2nd special counsel for, some of which are U1, CF, FISA, Tarmac, HRC's emails, FBI, DOJ, etc

It shows he is separate but EQUAL to Mueller; while Mueller exonerates POTUS, Huber works to build the cases necessary to prosecute those that deserve justice

It essentially confirms there will NOT be a 2nd special counsel. If Huber thought these investigations would've warranted one, we'd have one by now. It means Huber DID ask for resources and that the crimes warranted further investigation withOUT a 2nd special counsel.
there are others, I'd reread some crumbs and documents on Huber, this is important because it shows a glimpse into what was happening when he was appointed.
