yeh was fined again this year for not having zerocare
I tried that last year, you have to go through major hoops to verify you can't afford it, I could not qualify to jump through the hoops.

What is true is the I made my own choice not to purchase insurance for health care because I felt it was overpriced for what it offered.
It was my choice not to purchase, it was not my choice to be fined because I did submit record of buying insurance or meeting what I was told were the qualifications for having the fine waived.
I will have to look into the issue more of if in my case I am able to check a box on tax filing forms saying that I could not afford it.
