Will have to be something which affects the zombies directly to come out first. The health "care" crap, perhaps? They're too self-absorbed and dependent on TV & facistbook - a total loss. Was already 110% alienated due to location anyway (toxic area in general), but facistbook & TV addiction is truly like a disease.
