What they are doing is already illegal. You can't spread lies to hurt your competitors. Bill of Rights tells gov what GOD given rights gov can't take away from people. We have the right to speek but we do NOT have the rights to speak through third party(private internet company). So instead of internet BoR we need anti trust to break google apart. Or declare internet as public utility and regulate like ATT consumers or Edison.
