We need to redo this in my opinion. We should be demanding, not "praying" (I'm Christian, but using the word "pray" here is not correct when drafting a petition to our Government).
Also, in #1 where you state "out rights have been completely stripped by means of…" but you don't state by who. I think that you need to mention by all forms of social media on the internet that are provided by conglomorate corporations that are acting as "public utilities", such as Google, Youtube, Twitter, etc. Mention that these corporations make up what % of total media and social content. It's huge if you sight some numbers to show how big this is. Something to this affect anyway.
