the bill of rights applies to state action - in the absence of a statute or SCOTUS case that extends these to non-state actors private persons and companies are not subject to the bill of rights - of course this sounds odd since many (but not all) of the bill of rights HAVE been so extended - ie housing and public accommodations cant discriminate - very complicated - in short all we need is for congress to pass an IBOR and POTUS to sign it - unfortunately congress is crap

>With Net Neutrality now out of the way, how are corporations like google, twitter, and facebook still in a position to censor information?

>We already have a great bill of rights, so why does it NOT now apply where the internet is concerned?

>What are the legal hurdles preventing the 1st amendment from being enforced where the internet is concerned?
