once you get it installed
Shift + A
Select Mesh Math Function > (choose one)
Lower left hand field is where you can enter your math parameters.
You can change these as needed, but if you move the object, it disappears.
X, Y, and Z are already defined.
However, you can switch to Quaternion which gives you a W axis rather than the standard Euler.
beyond that I'm not too sure.
If you're good with python,
you could probably program that option in.
