What did Watchmen mean by this?

In this scene, Night Owl has successfully cracked the password Ozymandias uses for his files on Dr. Manhattan. They briefly show the contents of the disk on the screen. There is a folder called "BOYS"

When Ozymandias is introduced in the movie, he is shown at Studio 54, a notorious hangout for all kinds of shady characters, including the person responsible for Trump's association with the Pepe meme: Roy Cohn.

Ozymandias is depicted as very androgynous with his demeanor and attire and with absolutely no sexual chemistry whatsoever with any actor throughout the film.

Finally, Ozymandias worshiped Alexander the Great, a pansexual who had his fair share of boy lovers.
