Say, My Lord I know I have done wrong by knowingly protecting the interests of those who rape and sacrifice children in the names of false idols. I am grievously sorry for the wrong I have done and wish to atone if it may please thee Lord to be merciful on my most unworthy self."

Do not look away as you say this. It is best practice to have it memorized.
