About Styxx, I think he fancies himself too much of a modern incarnation of a philosopher to admit anything about Q. As a Realist, he will neither deny or acknowledge anything without actually seeing it. He would be the Thomas of Apostles needing to place gis hand in the wound.
It also goes to his ego, I think too, not wanting to commit to something that might never be acknowledged.
