LAPD has 1 chopper up over downtown LA.
Coast Guard Hercules flying northbound over the water at 1000'. If it is nearby I'm sure it would sound low & slow, it's a cargo plane. I can't imagine why they are flying 1000' over the water unless doing some kind of surveillance. Maybe a real planefag can chime in.
