Anywhere that respects America and what it stands for. And not all newcomers act the same way even if from the same country. I have friends from Iran who are secular and love America and went through our program for citizenship, I have friends from everywhere on the globe. I'm not a stuck up asshole who only hangs around a small group of people that think similarly to me or who are afraid of others. Do I think we have problematic people from various Islamic countries and Hispanic countries? Yes I do, but I'm not going to judge someone before I talk to them.

That triggered my wife actually who is living in Brazil. She said why not have some underling post that tweet? Said it was something that really hurts the way he looks in the country. I get the idea of posting it though to expose just how bad Carnaval is in some areas. Like the Gay Pride parades here, etc.
