You can only speculate, imo. It's clear there's no accountability and those that hold the power in these agencies can do whatever they want. If they're not justified in their actions, they just pretend they are and that seems to have worked going back to Fast and Furious, at least (probably much longer). Obviously the investigations mentioned in the letter should have happened and should have resulted in Hillary being charged. Does that mean it happened? Fuck no. Do we know anything yet? Nope. Will we ever? Who knows?
