I have an idea for a heat map of the United States by state. I do not have the skill for that. I did note previously that the Mexico boarder states have a higher percentage of indictments than population percentage.

It would be population percentage- indictment percentage. The more positive would be blue shaded and the more negative would be red shaded.

It might give us a better idea of what is going on and where, in terms of places to dig that may be overlooked. Thank you in advance.
