As I looked closer, the blankspot became overwhelming. Look at the dates highlighted. Many very specific dates… but none of them in the 1960s expect the 1961 creation and then trouble starting in 1969. Half of this article is dedicated to describing efforts to this program, but nothing on how it broke fundamentally???
