A lot less than the Hamas' drainpipe missiles, they are indiscriminate and are deliberately targeted at highly populated areas, shooting regularly from the 'safety' of schools and hospitals. Israel acts highly restrained if you ask me. If they were actually serious, they'd just totally flatten Gaza and the West Bank and call it self defense.
