You do not get to classify "help" according to what matches your hyperbole. Help takes on a wide range of things, from advice… To leaving them be if they are hostile or not responsive to help. If you review current immigration policy, there is effectively no legal pathway for immigrating to the U.S. based on application and merit. There are three basic ways. The diversity visa selects from applicants randomly according to a distribution of nations we are deemed to 'need more of.' most of these are third world nations of completely different cultures.

There is a fourth means - refugee status, and that is being used as well from many of the same third world nations.

Israel was established as a tool to be used to rile up Christians and Muslims/Arabs. The people living there may not fully realize it or be 'in on it' - but it doesn't take long to realize that the same people who orchestrated the Federal Reserve, the Muslim Brotherhood, etc also were gung-ho for carving out a Jewish state in the middle of goat fuckery.

The Great Arab Revolt, which was eventually used to create "Palestine", was orchestrated in part by Hassan Al Banna, who was the founder of the MB also in contact with MI5/6 operatives. Bunch of arabs pretending to be a race/nation of people who have not existed for centuries.

The tragedy of all of it is that people from both nations are raised from birth to believe in and die for falsehoods that are deliberately stated as truths within the halls of governments and channels of media. The result is a needlessly violent stage show on a grand, pointless adventure of human sacrifice.
