Democrat Adam Schiff has hired a Soros-tied investigator for the latest Russia probe
The Democrat-led House Intelligence Committee has hired an investigator with ties to liberal billionaire George Soros for the latest Trump-Russia probe.As the Mueller probe begins to wind down after finding no evidence that Donald Trump's election campaign colluded with Russian agents, Democrats are now upping the ante on the latest series of "slow bleed" investigations into the president.Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), who became chairmen of the committee after Democrats took back the House majority, has hired Daniel Goldman to be a senior adviser and lead the committee’s investigative operations as it continues its probe into the President Trump’s alleged collusion with Russia.Goldman, an anti-Trump leftist who frequently appears as a legal analyst on NBC and MSNBC, worked as Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York from 2007 and 2017, according to his bio on the Brennan Center for Justice.
Mr. Goldman is also a fellow of the Brennan Center for Justice - a George Soros-funded organization, with offices in New York City and Washington, DC.During one of Goldman's appearances on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, he declared that Trump had broken the law to get elected.
When Joe Scarborough asked Whether whether he believed President Trump can withstand the legal firestorm swirling around him, Goldman answered: “We already now know that the president has committed a felony in order to obtain the office of the presidency."Trump tweeted about the sweeping investigations House Democrats have launched since gaining control of the chamber in the midterm election.
According to Breitbart, Democratic Chairman Schiff also is adding another Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in the committee’s investigation into President Trump.Schiff tapped Daniel Noble, co-chief of the complex frauds and cybercrime unit at the Manhattan office, unnamed sources reportedly told Bloomberg News.
