I feel they threw Michael Jackson to (other ) wolves, so even though i know R Kelly's story much less and am much less inclined to think he would be clean… worth considering

We had a few time markers, such as the death of Jr in 1999 or the prayer to JFK, which could be a sign that either immediately or in the period after, men who could see what was going on managed to have contacts and not get caught, but far as i know, we have no date or much of a range to guess when this plan started - the one we're in could also be very recent, just as well..
