What if the real question is:
"Now that we know that the CIA comped the healthcare system through their collusion with Big Pharma, the media, healthcare, and legislative bills, And due to this we also know that they have access to HIPAA/ACA patient records, doesn't that mean that knowing who is mentally compromised and under their control, and possibly a danger to the public just a database query away, using the CIA's own lists and knowledge of their pipeline and workflow?
