Here is my shitty copy of yours with Phases added in. Do we use the time stamps to put the hands on the clock? Does each Phase represent a Delta? Notice shapes of 3 kites where I have written the Phases. The convex of a kite is a deltoid. Perhaps these are the markers we are looking for? Pic related.
