Steve Outtrim asks to make JPBs involvement with the CIA public and willing to pay out of his own pocket January 11, 2018 and then JPB dies on Feb 2nd, 2018.
Furthermore the jesters end the email thread with a reply stating, "The request has been rejected, with the agency stating that it can neither confirm nor deny the existence of the requested documents."
