Barlow and Snowden were partners in FPF and created SecureDrop for whistleblowers. Barlow didn't realize that Snowden was a Clown.
When Q dropped that post, Barlow maybe saw it and realized he was being played by the C_A. He could have exposed Snowden so Brennan had Barlow 187'd to keep Snowden's cover.
