just don't expect anything to be done, if you have actual evidence of crimes, reporting it (to FBI for example) will make you a target and they will go after you
they will take revenge on you if you expose them, only you can decide, don't expect anyone to help and also be targeted. These are vicious people. Maybe figure out a way to cause them to expose themselves, depends on what you've found.
