I think it's the same group. In the video, the guy being interviewed says the Q group was designed to go after the MSM, like our beloved Q does, and whistleblowers. I would say more our Q goes after leakers thank whistleblowers.
Either way, I don't think much has changed from this Q group in 2009 to the current Q group. Perhaps the man being interviewed say this group as a threat, not realizing the real threat was the media and the leaker.
