RE: Internet Bill of Rights

To garner broad support the petition needs to be non-partisan. Q said look at AT&T so I copied some from them and some from the Chan. May I humbly submit a suggestion:

WE THE PEOPLE support a free and open internet; free from ISP restrictions and one that supports the Constitution of the United States of America. WE THE PEOPLE are given, under the Constitution and the Bill of Rights; freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, the right to privacy and the right to protection of our property. WE THE PEOPLE would like these rights extended to the digital domain which, currently includes, the world wide web. We would also appreciate these rights to extend to future technology advances.
