Margot takes Ohr's testimony at face value, that he's telling the truth, and was simply misled by Steele.
A more likely scenario is that Ohr is lying his ass off to protect himself, Brennan, and his co-conspirators.
Cabal wants to know who the rats are that might have testified against them so they can be terminated before the trials begin.
