Can someone explain John Perry Barlow to me. I understand SecureDrop was supposed to give whistleblowers a secure way to drop info to news outlets but instead it went to CIA. I understand @Snowden was CIA that infiltrated NSA to and leaked their source code to ShadowBrokers and made NSA look bad. I'm missing the whole picture here.
