Anon! I was digging on Snowden and curiously was reminded that he was elected Rector of Glasgow University in 2014-2017. Glasgow is the 4th oldest University in the Western world steeped in history.

So, curiosity piqued, I looked in to cia connections to Glasgow University and quickly discovered this man, Dr Ewen Cameron. This guy was basically the father of MKULTRA!
