The new Democratic Party now believes in openly saying what many conservatives suspected about them for years.

We have Democrats who, if not calling themselves “socialists,” are wondering why the label is such a bad thing. We have Democratic presidential candidates openly pushing for reparations for slavery. And now we have one who’s even embracing social engineering.

The candidate in question is Sen. Kamala Harris of California. During a campaign whistle-stop in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, last week, Harris openly talked of changing human behavior — with, one would assume, the help of the government
