So then you obviously know that South America is not black-dominated, unlike South Africa.. and that South Americans have a culture that's highly biased towards elevating lighter-skinned South Americans to positions of prestige.. and that culturally, they have a history of being predisposed to being ruled top-down by an hierarchy of privileged elites..
So, not at all like South Africa, and not likely to create the same situation at all, is it? Especially since African Americans are holding steady at 13% of the population due to a variety of factors, and even when white Americans become a "minority", they'll still be the largest single ethnic group in america, and also South Americans don't like blacks particularly and don't give a shit about being called racist..
