regarding the tic tac toe game which is leading me to believe the 12th may hold some habbenings i may be wrong ( usually am ) not as clever as the autists here.

The number of games that would result in a draw were

8/63 which is just over 12 %

and interestingly leaves 55 games which are won or lost, plus the number of trump tweets for that day was 12.

Probably means nothing but just throwing it out there
