Earlier today an Anon posted the below information. I am not sure it made notables or not. I am reposting what he posted.

A attorney friend of mine took a look at this and before anyone goes off on Rand Paul etc. Know this.

Crucial omission: Limitation only applies to “any SES position in an independent regulatory agency.” DHS is not an independent regulatory agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before we start people saying sedition please delete this information or add the qualifier. Would have posted sooner but was gone this afternoon.

Proof Rand Paul helped stop Trump right after the election from firing Obama's SES appointments (Deep State)

“By law, the appointment or removal” of SES positions “shall not be subject, directly or indirectly to review or approval by an officer or entity within the Executive Office of the President.” (Is this not sedition?)

Note: This SES statement was endorsed by the following Senators. Did they know what they were endorsing? Somebody needs to give at least Sen. Rand Paul a heads up because we cannot imagine that he knows about the SES' control of the NSA, who he has sued for its unchecked mass surveillance of American citizens in clear violation of the Fourth Amendement.

Let's get this straight.

A Senate Committee that oversees the Department of Homeland Security—an agency of the Executive Branch, is telling the American People that the hiring and firing function of the SES—also an agency within the Executive Branch, is not subject to the Executive Branch in its hiring and firing of personnel?

Are you kidding me? Is this not the very definiton of sedition. This is proof of a shadow government in the Congressional record.
