Absolutely cause for concern anon. This has been departmentalized all the way down to the local level.
Basically your local leaders are kissing ass by being in the organization. The biggest kiss ass (moneyfag famefag) will wind up in highest levels of local government. They are easily controlled. Thats how power trickles down.
This whole movement could certainly go from the bottom up as easy as the top down.
How am I fighting my local gov? I joined up in the convention of states. While that may not mean much to anons, you wind up meeting a lot of people who are perfect for waking up. They are already pissed, they have done some research and are already half awake.
We have tons of meetings (way too many), but once in a while I throw in a Q type theory here and there. and I can tell they go and research it.
You can also post in local newspapers outing these people to plant a seed.
My town is much bigger than 10K so might be a bit different in your case. Never really lived in a small town but I know how local gossip and you getting ousted by the community could be a problem. But who cares. Most people are assholes anyway. If I had my choice Id live in a town with a population of 2. Me and muh dawg.
