I knew some of this b/c I am married to an intel officer who is also a history major and big into this period of history tracking down what happened to several US relatives who were lost fighting in Europe.
He's big on "following the money" too. He made me read an out of print book, "Trading with the Enemy". That was an eye opener. Haven't felt the same way about the Bush family since. Thanks for the drop to the PDF. Looks like a juicy read while enjoying a strong cuppa.
