If the latter, we'd expect Mueller to play the part of the BlackHat for as long as he possibly could until the very minute he released his report to Barr. That way Mueller could "pretend" to be DS and record all conversations he had with his team of 13 angry democrats (all totally non-objective DS attorneys hired by Mueller). From all appearances we'd expect POTUS to be lambasting Mueller just like he did Sessions and that's exactly what has happened. The ruse was working perfectly until leaks began to hit top Congressional Democrats that Mueller's report was going to be a dud. But, since there have been "no leaks" we can only infer that what supposed leaks the D's have received about Mueller's report being a dud are a lie, i.e. disinformation to keep the D's guessing. The logical conclusion we can make from this is that Mueller's report will be anything but a dud. Any investigations leading to indictments that Mueller might have discovered in his investigations would have to be referred to Huber so as to keep those indictments of DS actors away from DC grand jury pools. So much better it would be for those DS indictments to land on UT jury pools. It then logically follows that Mueller's report might be the MOAB, or a Tactical Nuke, laying out the foundations for the IG Report and Huber's indictments that will shortly follow. The only thing preventing Mueller's report from being the MOAB will be the fact that all DS indictments will be stripped away and referred to Huber before release.

Yes, you got that correct. But, of course, [HRC] won't be able to claim attorney client privilege when [LL] & [BO] each hand her a dollar. POTUS/Q planned for that way back when they had the FBI raid Michael Cohen's office. Out the window Trump's attorney client privilege went and no one in the media or the D's complained about that even a peep. POTUS/Q is always ten steps ahead of the DS.

Yes, but then waiting for the elections is likely not the plan. I don't know the plan, but since it seems highly unlikely that congress is going to pass nationwide Voter-ID laws before the 2020 elections, I can only assume that POTUS/Q have something up their sleeves. Might it be an EO? Unlikely because the 9th would tie that up for at least a couple years. The only thing I that makes sense to me is that POTUS/Q have covertly activated the FBI and HS to work on this problem in a way that keeps voter fraud out of the awareness of the media and the Democrats. If POTUS/Q start talking about it in a big way perhaps I'll change my mind. But until then we'll probably have to suffer the next year and a half not knowing anything.

Yes, that's sort of my point. Voter-ID would be a good start at tackling the DS's voter fraud machine, but covert operations by the FBI and HS will likely be the backbone of POTUS/Q's plan. My point here is that there already happen to be plenty of Federal Laws on the books, all the laws needed, to put an end to the DS and D's voter fraud machine and that's probably why you haven't heard POTUS or Q say much about voter fraud recently. If the D's begin to suspect they're being watched you'll probably hear more from POTUS or Q about Voter-ID laws being needed but such talk from them will only be a distraction, keeping their eyes over here when the attack is over there.
