VICE used subtle propaganda techniques.
While ostensibly a hit piece on the Evil One, he actually comes off as sympathetic. It tries to give a rational explanation for the aggressive wars in the ME that were launched after 9/11 (Cheney was shell-shocked by all the terrorism threats and snapped).
It also tries to explain Cheney's stand down order on 9/11 and regurgitates the official 9/11 story.
So, VICE was superficially a hit piece on the Evil One to get the leftists to turn out and get buzz, when in actuality it was designed to shove a blue suppository in the leftists' bottoms on the neocons and 9/11.
The real question is why this, why now?
