Hanks' posts remind me of Comey's. Probably communicating to other cabal members.
Is he saying the guantlet has been thrown down vis-a-vis Milwaukee?

It's civics 101. The anon asked whether Barr (the US AG) has any control over the NY AG. The answer is no. We live in a federalist system, a federated government. Two systems of government - one state and one federal.
Dipshit anon then started posting about district attorneys (DAs), who are irrelevant to first anon's question, and who are under the US AG. This is because the districts in question are federal districts.
So, to summarize: the NY AG is not under Barr. The DAs are under Barr. For example, SDNY is a federal district. DA of SDNY is under Barr.
Civics 101 anons.
this anon thinks major global realignment underway for some time. US will revert back to Monroe doctrine. China will have sway over S. China Sea. Russia over eastern Europe.
We need to clean commies out of S. America before we pull out of S. China Sea area; otherwise, we'd be giving up leverage and getting nothing in return.
